How do I check if Google AI Mode mentions my business?

On 18 September 2026 we asked Google AI Mode four everyday questions and counted the links under each response: five booking pages and no other links for one of two local services, three for a puzzle game, the App Store, one Reddit thread and one YouTube video, seven for a tree-planting charity, one Reddit thread, a US Forest Service page, a GoFundMe page and the charities' own sites for the other four, and two Reddit threads and one booking page for the second local service, with both local responses listing businesses by name with a rating and a review count.

How to improve Google AI Mode visibility

Start from the sources list in your report: the pages under the responses that mentioned someone else are the ones to get onto, so open them, a review from a technology site, a YouTube video, a Reddit thread, and see whether you are on them at all. If Google AI Mode mentioned you, open the page linked beside your name and check that what it says about you is current. A question that came back with links and no response is marked on the report as served no AI answer, so you know which questions have a response to be in. How to get recommended by Google AI Mode
